Prior to joining AXA Climate, Varsha worked in Allianz developing skills and knowledge around Project Management for P&C Middle Corporation insurance such as underwriting, loss engineering and claims experience.
She holds a Master's Degree in Risk Management & Insurance from Ecole Supérieure d'Assurances of Paris and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Pole Paris Alternance Business School.
Prior to joining the team, Clelia worked for an international insurance broker. Clelia holds a Master's degree in Insurance Law, Economics and Risk Management from Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
She is also a qualified member of both the French (IA) and UK (IFoA) institute of Actuaries and holds a Master’s degree from the Institute Supérieur de l’Université Pierre et Marie-Curie (ISUP – Paris).
Prior to joining AXA Climate, François worked at Gras Savoye Willis Towers Watson, the largest French insurance broker, where he was in charge of Sales for Property and Casualty. Before 2010, he was in charge of Affinity and Bank Insurance partnerships in Western Europe.
In addition, he is the General Secretary of the “UJARF”, the French association for Young Insurers and Reinsurers.
François graduated from NEOMA Business School where he specialized in Marketing.
From 2010 to 2013, Gwendal held executive positions in finance and strategy in the staff of the CEO at AXA Global P&C and before that, he worked as an Actuary, mainly in Risk Transfer Operations (reinsurance, ILS). He graduated from Actuary, Sorbonne Business School and holds a degree in Civil Engineering.
François holds degrees from the Sorbonne Graduate Business School, the Paris Pantheon-Sorbonne University and the Paris Pantheon-Assas University.
Prior to joining AXA Climate, Karina worked in different industries such as investment banking and journalism.
Karina holds a Master’s Degree in Geopolitics from the Université libre de Bruxelles, with a focus on Development Economics in Africa. She also holds an Undergraduate Degree in Pure Mathematics and Finance from the University of Cape Town.
